The Tsagaan Suvarga is a steep cliff located northwest of Del Mountain in Ulziit Soum, Dundgovi Aimag. It is believed that ancient seabed mud deposits broke off over time, forming a bank and cliff. The cliff wall faces east, making it not visible from the west. During strong winds, livestock often fall and die due to the steep drop. The cliff stands about 60 meters high and 400 meters wide, with a nearly vertical drop of 90 degrees. From a distance, it resembles the ruins of houses and cities. After rainfall, the water cascading down from Tsagaan Suvarga creates the appearance of a massive waterfall. Seven kilometers east of Tsagaan Suvarga, nestled among low hills, is a 50-meter-long tunnel known as Hevtee and Bosoo Cave. The caves are named Hevtee and Bosoo because some sections are sloping while others are vertical.
