Assistants place the eagle on a mountain and cover its eyes with a leather hood. The hunter rides away with a fox lure. Once he reaches the required distance\, the assistant removes the hood. The hunter calls the eagle to attack. The eagle flies low and fast\, using natural hunting skills. It must catch the moving target quickly. Judges score the reaction time and hunting ability. They also evaluate how fast the hunter reaches the eagle. This exciting event often becomes the highlight of the Sagsai Golden Eagle Festival. \nWinners\, Honor\, and Traditions\nJudges combine scores from all three disciplines to select the winner.
