Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Buman Tour Company. Please take a moment to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before confirming your booking. By securing a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  1. Payments

To confirm your tour reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, your booking will be officially confirmed, and a final invoice for the remaining balance will be issued.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour’s scheduled start date.
For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All payments must be made via bank wire transfer in USD or EUR. Our banking details will be provided with your invoice.

  1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will take effect upon receipt. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 41 days prior to departure: Full refund minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g. VAT, flight or permit cancellations, hotel booking charges, banking fees, etc.).
  • 40 to 15 days prior to departure: The deposit is non-refundable.
  • 14 days or less before departure / No-show: No refund will be provided.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage (see Section 4).

  1. Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid and that you obtain the necessary visa to enter Mongolia.

  • Visas may be obtained from the Mongolian embassy or consulate in your country with a confirmation letter issued after your deposit is received.
  • If there is no Mongolian embassy or consulate in your country, a 30-day visa on arrival can be arranged at Ulaanbaatar’s airport or railway station using an official confirmation letter from Buman Tour.

We are happy to assist you in preparing the necessary documentation.

  1. Travel Insurance

At Buman Tour, your safety and peace of mind are paramount. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, theft, and personal liability.

For reliable and flexible travel insurance, we suggest purchasing coverage from WorldNomads.com.
